Who we are

Information we collect

Contact form. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, phone number, email address if provided, message, the page where the form was submitted, and basic campaign fields such as UTM parameters or ad click IDs when they are present in the URL. This information is emailed directly to Sal and is used only to respond to your inquiry and understand which advertising or referral source produced the inquiry. It is not stored in a database or sold to third parties.

Analytics and advertising measurement. This site may use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Ads conversion tags after launch to understand site visits, phone clicks, and form submissions. No personally identifiable information is intentionally sent to analytics or ad platforms. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Server logs. Cloudflare (our hosting provider) may log standard web server data including IP addresses and request metadata. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Cookies

GA4 and Google Ads may use cookies to distinguish visitors and attribute conversions if those tags are enabled after launch. The site does not use advertising tags unless the measurement IDs are configured in the deployment environment.

Fonts

This site uses self-hosted fonts (Fraunces and Inter). No data is sent to Google Fonts or any external font service.

Your rights

You may request deletion of any personal data you submitted via the contact form by emailing srlaneve@orhypnosis.com. Because form submissions are delivered by email and not stored in a database, deletion means confirming the email has been deleted on our end.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, the updated date at the top of this page will reflect them. We do not send policy update notifications.
